Oh, don't forget  being cuddled w/ blankets and the human touch!!!!  The candles & dim lighting provide for a safe environment.  Also, I have arthritis & chronic pain daily and when I do your class whether it's chair yoga or restorative,  I come out feeling better, more ALIVE.  Helena has a sense of humor & always reminds us to SMILE, she is so very compassionate & full of kindness... She is definitely a healer, rather than just an ordinary yoga teacher...  I LOVE her beyond words for the work she does...  I definitely recommend the vibrational sound healing, it will take your conciousness to a deeper level.
