About Helena Gorka

Helena trained as a Yoga teacher in the early 1970′s with Swami Vishnudevananda, author of the Complete Illustrated Book of Yoga. Over the years she has continued her exploration of ways to bring health and inner well being to her students.

On her own life journey, she discovered the healing benefits of the Bach Flower Essences and Family Constellation Work. She trained as a practitioner with the International Bach Foundation in America and completed a two year training to become a  constellation facilitator with Heinz Stark through the ‘Orders of Life Association.’ From her native Scotland, she moved to America in the late 1970′s where she raised her family.

She brings a deep sense of commitment to her work and has a gift for compassion and creates a harmonious atmosphere in all her work, honoring the higher self in us all.
