The source for many of life’s most difficult issues may be found in the lives of previous generations of our family and ancestors. For example, if someone in a previous generation was excluded or forgotten, another in a following generation may unconsciously identify with that person as if one could balance out or ease the suffering through their actions.
To create a constellation, we choose and place representatives from the group for family member connected to the presenting issue. The representatives experience feelings of the person they are representing concerning an aspect of their lives where the trauma originated. From here simple movements and words are made that loosen entanglements in the system. We strengthen healthy family ties, connecting to the source of our lives. This gives us strength and frees up energy to live a fuller, healthier and more peaceful life.
This workshop can benefit:
- Those seeking release from a difficult life issue
- Those wishing to experience personal growth
- Business or organization leaders and consultants
- Psychologists, Social Workers, Healing Practitioners
The facilitator, Helena Gorka is a yoga teacher with over 40 years experience. She trained in Family and Systemic Constellation with Master teacher Heinz Stark and it s founder Bert Hellinger.
“Family Constellation Work is about taking those secrets of the past that bind the future and releasing them. This work speaks to those parts of all of us that remain ungrieved and uncared for – to that thrown-away part of us.”
