Many of our life struggles are connected to unresolved situations in the lives of our ancestors. Out of deep loyalty to them we sometimes take on their hardships and repeat them unconsciously in our lives. Illnesses, depression, addictions, tragedies, injustices, failed relationships and career difficulties may all be reflections of something that happened in the past.
Constellations provide a higher perspective of a situation and give direction to changes that improve the functioning of the whole system (family, business or organization). Buried resources are then freed up and new solutions emerge that restore integrity, establish balance and bring peace and strength to those involved.

This is an opportunity to learn what happens in a Family Constellation Workshop.
First, we will discuss the work. Then participants will watch, first hand, as the process unfolds as demonstrated with a workshop participant.
Thinking of your family as a building, to which each generation adds a story, you notice how structural problems left by one generation inevitably affect each succeeding generation.
Some problems are visible; others not. Family Constellations offer a way to identify and repair fractures within the family or the individual. Unseen forces connect us inextricably to our family and their past.
Family Constellations can precisely reveal hidden dynamics in the family or organizational system and uses them to restore balance. By honouring each member’s fate without judgment, the orders of love are restored, allowing love and strength to flow, nourishing and healing at the deep level of the family soul.
The client (with the guidance of the facilitator), intuitively places from the group representatives for relevant family members in the Constellation ‘Knowing Field’. Representatives experience the feelings of those they stand for. From here healing movements and dialogue lead towards resolution.
Participating as an observer or representative participant is often as valuable as creating one’s own constellation. Come to this workshop if you are:
